Our manager team participated in various activities that facilitated and enhanced trust, collaboration, and general communication. They worked on strengthening cooperation, giving each other feedback, and expressing expectations about how to work with each other.
The day was a great success, and our team returned with new insights, better knowledge of each other, and improved communication skills.
