Ultrasonic

Should you decide not to use stitches at all, bring product design and development to life with ultrasonic technology. This advanced technique is the process of joining synthetic materials by using ultrasonic waves (frequencies) to generate heat within the fibres which cause the polymers to fuse.

Laser Cutting

Thanks to continuous research and development, today’s state-of-the-art laser equipment is faster and more accurate than ever before. It is now possible to engineer the garments of the future with laser cut design and details.

Quilting

Quilting is the process of sewing two or more layers of fabric together to create a quilt or quilted garment. Typically, quilting is done with three layers: the top fabric, insulating material and backing material.

Sublimation

Sublimation is generally considered the preferred method of printing for active sport and cycling. First, a design is printed onto specialist paper and then transferred onto fabric. Although not a new technique this process is undergoing a period of rapid adoption.

Seam-sealed

A game-changer for all outdoor and extreme-weather apparel. Seam-seal methods offer superior protection against the elements. Conventional stitching results in tiny puncture holes (created by the needle), these holes allow water to seep through. Seam-sealing is essential to form a weather-proof barrier.

Glued (Taped & bonded)

For centuries, sewing and stitching was the most effective construction method. Over the last decade glued and stitch-free solutions have revolutionised the design and construction process.

LTP’s innovation centre in Vietnam benefits from more than three decades of knowledge and expertise gained from our European Centre of Excellence. Fusing expert pattern making and fitting from our European colleagues with the highest quality sewing and production from Vietnam.

Innovation Centre Lithuania

The European innovation centre was our first Centre of Excellence. At the cutting-edge facility we co-create thousands of premium styles per year from concept to product design, pattern making to material sourcing and textile innovation, from construction methods to trends. Our talented team are our greatest asset, equipped with the knowledge and expertise to drive new and exciting product developments and prototyping. Our specialists are also able to offer support across logistics and production for a one-stop manufacturing solution.
