New Global Strategic Sustainability Manager – Consciously Crafted by LTP

We are pleased to announce, that we have hired our new Global Strategic Sustainability Manager, Karin Simondon.

Karin recently worked as a Manager within Strategic Sustainability Consulting in Ramboll, advising private companies on sustainability topics. She has worked as a strategy and sustainability consultant in Scandinavia, France, Southeast Asia and Africa. Karin holds a Master’s in International Business Administration and a certificate of Sustainable Business Strategy from Harvard Business School Online.

Taking sustainability to a new level

Karin Simondon will drive the sustainability agenda across both the Furniture and Garment Divisions and will be an important part of the strategy agenda planned for the coming years. Locally, LTP already has CSR Managers in both Vietnam and Lithuania, and with this new Global Strategic Sustainability Manager LTP is upscaling and moving to the next level with both Environmental and Social responsibility as well as the work with Governance.

We are privileged to work with some of the most forward-thinking brands in Sport and Outdoor and Sustainable Fashion. Together we collaborate on creating the future models for sustainable designs, production, and materials. Changing old well-established business models is not easy and takes leadership and open collaboration. We also take our responsibility in supporting a more transparent industry very seriously and have some exciting concepts under development. Having Karin join us will further accelerate the pace with which we can make impactful change in our industry”
