Men's running among the top 3 expanding performance trends for men

LTP Group recognizes a high trend for men’s running apparel in the past few years, and we believe that the trend will expand even more in the time to come. Together with urban performance and biking apparel, mens running is among the top 3 expanding performance trends for men.

For the first time, LTP group is looking at the most followed mens running brands on Instagram. This article presents top 10 running brands that had the most followers in 2020.

Please keep in mind that the analysis is including brands with the majority of turnover coming from men’s running apparel only. We know that many brands such as Adidas, Nike, 2XU On Running, Inov-8, Gore Wear, Falke, Rockay, Newline etc. all have running apparel categories, but the majority of turnover comes from a different product category (eg. shoes, socks, as well as other active wear product lines).

For reliability reasons, we have analyzed the number of hashtags created, when typing in the brand name. We believe hashtags are important and give a good measure of the popularity of the brand.

Not the flavor of the week, but the flavor of the century. Well-fabricated and well-thought out. It goes beyond design and should only remain in that philosophy.
